The Bunkhouse

Before you reach the main camp, there’s a quieter corner of Get Lost. The Bunkhouse is for people who came here to move — to swim, hike, surf, and explore — and just need a solid place to recharge. It’s not beachfront. The shoreline is a about a 3-minute walk through Get Lost camp — where the air shifts and you start hearing the waves before you see them.

The Basics - Done Right

If you’ve stayed around the area, you probably know how this usually goes:

  • A shower that drips like it’s conserving hope

  • Water that turns hot–cold–hot mid-shampoo

  • Brownouts at the worst possible time

That’s not the experience here.

You get strong, steady showers — even when everyone rinses off at once.

You get proper hot water that stays consistent.

You get bidets in every toilet.

Bunkroom 1 has two sinks, so mornings move easier.

When the grid goes down, essential lights and outlets stay powered by our solar battery system.

Air-conditioning and water heaters are connected to the grid, so during outages those may pause — but the room never goes dark.

No drama. It just works.

The Bunkhouse is for those who want to stay close to where the good stuff happens without overthinking the stay. Want the full camp experience? Day access to Get Lost amenities is available (subject to availability).
