Exclusive Site Rental

BASE RATE: Php 35,000 per night

VENUE RENTAL INCLUSIONS

  • Includes up to 20 overnight/checked-in guests

  • Access to airconditioned tents, outdoor kitchen, potable water, and pool

ADD-ONS & ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Day Visitors / Event Guests: Php 500 per guest (for attendees beyond the 20 checked-in guests; does not include pool access).

  • Max Event Capacity: 150 guests total

  • Ingress / Egress: Additional daily rate applies for supplier setup and teardown days outside the reserved night(s).

  • Security Deposit: Refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total event fee (returned the day after the event following property inspection).

  • Permits & Taxes: Client is responsible for any local village/municipal permits or special event fees required.

PROPERTY & EVENT RULES

  • Quiet Hours: Strict noise curfew begins at 10:00 PM. Amplified sound and loud music must be turned down to respect the local area.

  • Supplier Egress Deadline: All third-party supplier pack-ups, cleanup, and teardowns must be fully completed by 11:00 PM.

  • Parking & Access: Guest and supplier parking is located near the entrance. Space is limited so double-parking may occur. Please coordinate carpooling where possible and provide your own parking attendants if vehicles need to be moved.

  • Private Property Respect: We live on-site! Please respect designated private zones and remain strictly within rented event spaces.

  • Trash & Waste Disposal: Caterers, event stylists, and other suppliers must pack out their own major trash before departure.

  • Smoking & Fire Safety: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & VIOLATIONS POLICY

  • Overtime Egress: Php 2,000 for every 30-minute block (or fraction thereof) that suppliers, equipment, or non-checked-in guests remain on-site past 11:00 PM.

  • Noise Curfew Violation: Php 5,000 flat fee for non-compliance with the 10:00 PM quiet hours (or if local authorities/neighbors issue a formal noise complaint).

  • Private Zone Trespassing: Php 3,000 deduction for unapproved access or disruption within designated private living areas.

  • Damage & Excessive Mess: Deductions based on actual replacement, repair, or specialized professional cleaning costs (including excessive trash left behind by caterers).

THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS
We do not charge corkage fees for hiring outside suppliers, but vendors must adhere to the following:

  1. Caterer: Must bring own LPG/gasul, burners, diningware, tables, chairs, trash bags, and sufficient staff for continuous cleanup and final egress waste removal.

  2. Lights & Sound: Sound restrictions apply after 10:00 PM. High-load electrical setups require a dedicated generator (to be provided by the client or lights & sound team) as our solar batteries can only power the property lights.

  3. Stylists, Photographers & Videographers: Responsible for their own gear cleanup. No nails, heavy tape, staples, or permanent fixtures may be applied to walls, trees, or venue structures.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & TERMS

  • Downpayment: 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

  • Second Payment: 50% due six (6) months prior to the event.

  • Final Balance: Remaining 25% due one (1) month prior to the event.

  • Policy Note: Introductory rates are subject to change without prior notice until the initial downpayment is received.

RESCHEDULING / REBOOKING POLICY

  • More than 90 Days Notice: Free rebooking allowed once within 6 to 12 months of the original date, subject to calendar availability.

  • 30 to 90 Days Notice: Rebooking allowed with a rebooking fee (Php 10,000) to cover administrative overhead and calendar disruption.

  • Less than 30 Days Notice: Date changes are treated as a cancellation. Rebooking requires booking a new date at current rates.

  • Price Adjustments: The client will have to pay the difference if the venue rates go up before the new event date,

Terms and Conditions

  1. A non-refundable 25% downpayment is requested to block off the event date. 50% is due six (6) months before the event and the remaining balance of 25% is due one (1) month before the event.

  2. The security deposit will be refunded the day after the event after Get Lost staff confirms that there are no breakages or losses.

  3. Abovementioned rates are introductory prices and are subject to change without prior notice.
